Billye came out to diagnose and repair a broken washing machine. He was prompt, and did a great job identifying and showing me what the problem was. He then offered me a few options for way to fix the issue and made a few experienced recommendations. I'd highly recommend working with these folks in the future and know they will be my first call.

I highly recommend Appliance repair Doctor!! The company is very professional from the time you call in with the problem till the technician comes in and diagnoses and repairs the problem. Omar the technician is an asset to this company as he is the face of this company. He answers all questions and shows you the problem. He is very patient and very professional. We've had nothing but positive experiences with this team. It's never a good time when your critical appliances go down, but these guys work with such professionalism and have a nice sense of urgency—it takes that stress right away. We've got a rental property that has some failing appliances. These guys worked seamlessly and professionally with our tenants to fix and replace multiple things in the unit. I have the utmost trust in these guys. Most recently, we had BOTH our kitchen sink disposal and our dryer break in the same day. Sad trombone... It only took one day for both to be back up and running, better than before! Happy trumpets! They took the time to walk through the options for repair and even teach me some tricks of how to maintain things myself! I can't recommend these guys enough. Customers for life! :)

We called appliance repair doctor when our refrigerator stop maintaining temperature. Omar came out was very pleasant, explained what he was doing and what he was seeing and listening. He explained the trial and error process to determine the problem. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a repair person. He was able to explain the situation without making it confusing or making me feel dumb. Would not hesitate to recommend this company again. Highly recommend this company.! They are truthful, puntual, Responsive etc. I needed urgent service for my dryer and went out of my way letting them know that I lost my job due to the present crisis... Chicago Appliance Repair Doctor was absolutely fantastic! They were able to come the same day I called to fix my washer and dryer. Omar diagnosed the issues with both very quickly and fixed my washer immediately and made a next day follow up appointment for the dryer. He was very thorough and walked me through any charges before doing any work. Overall, it was a great experience! I am very happy with the work they did and their prices are very reasonable!

This is the third time I’ve used Appliance Repair Doctor. You typically need to leave a message but they respond within 24 hours. The techs have been professional, friendly and efficient, and the cost reasonable. I have recommended them before to friends. They have it all over certain larger dealers who act like they are doing you a favor in showing up, if you can get an appointment.

True heroes, can’t put it any other way. We were out of a fridge for nearly a month. We trusted another “professional” to help us. But he only kept us in limbo. Contacted AR Doctor and they scheduled an appointment right away. Omar showed up prepared with multiple parts for our fridge just in case. I nearly cried, when he said it’s ready! I called Appliance repair doctor because I was having issues with my Bosch dishwasher and Oven. Omar was the tech who came out to take a look at it.. he quickly realized what the problem was with both.. I thought I needed a new seal for the dishwasher but Omar just has to adjust it, other places told me this would be a very expensive repair. Appliance Repair Doctor was amazing! It’s stressful any time an appliance malfunctions or breaks, but they helped to quickly resolve my issue in a responsive, ethical, and friendly manner. They text instead of call, if you prefer, which is awesome when you are busy or tied up and can’t talk. They respond promptly and are very knowledgeable. I felt secure during my experience that they were giving me the best and fairest deal they could. They were recommended to me by the building engineer in my condo building in downtown Chicago so I knew they would not disappoint and they certainly didn’t. Thanks so much for everything. I will definitely spread the word in this day in age when it’s hard to find great customer service. If you have a GE appliance don’t bother with their “GE Cares” 800 number. They don’t care. Go straight to appliance repair doctor to save yourself the headache and money!

Excellent service! I called them on a recommendation from someone else in my condo community. They were prompt friendly fair in price and very communicative! Alex called or texted several times that morning to let me know where he was in his schedule and when to know to expect him! Both gentlemen were very friendly and professional. I had a minor repair and feel that they gave me a good price to fix it! Would definitely call them again!
