Had the hardest time getting oven fixed until I found Appliance Repair Dr! My text was answered promptly, and Omar came out the next day. He diagnosed, explained the issue, and fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly. He also cleaned out under the oven with his own vacuum. Amazing service - will be calling Omar and co for all my appliance needs!

Omar was excellent, everything you want in a home service person. He was informative, concerned, knowledgeable, kind and willing to answer any and all questions no matter how distanced those questions were from what he was there to do. I can’t say enough good things about him. I highly recommend him.

Did a fantastic job repairing our dryer, it’s like brand new! Very pleased with how quickly they were able to set up the appointment, and then diagnose and repair the dryer. Reasonable price as well. Our service tech was super professional, quick, and very nice. Highly recommend!

Omar was so helpful. He has helped fix out front loader and also Subzero fridge. Both times service was quick, pricing was competitive. We will be using again when needed.

Omar is the absolute best! We had our oven stop working on us after a self clean situation gone wrong and not only did I love that I could text Omar but he was problem solving without giving me the whole run down on how much his fees and labor would be. He was always on time, super professional, and very honest. He ended up having to order two parts and coming back 2 separate times and was just a delight each time. There’s really no one else to hire, I’m so glad I found Omar and will be reaching out to him again whenever needed. Thank you again!!

Omar is the best. Super friendly and professional. He was able to test the issue and replace my ice maker on his the first visit. He asks the right questions up front, which makes the entire experience more efficient. He is very knowledgable on all appliances should we need him in the future. Not to mention, he's an all around good guy and father. I will be referring him to friends and clients in the future. Thanks Omar!

I was able to get an appointment the same week. Javier was on time and very courteous. He solved the maddening squeaking sound our dryer was making and told us about what to look out for in the future.

Omar replaced the igniter on my seven-year-old Samsung oven on 12/28/23. Omar arrived on-time, was respectful and pleasant, and worked efficiently to diagnose and repair the oven. He asked for the oven model prior to the appointment so he could arrive with the parts needed to complete the repair. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I am so pleased that this company is trustworthy and competent. I would definitely hire them again. Thanks.

I originally left a review on this page after having a technician come to fix our washer. Our washer was having some issues that we thought were fixed but were not. We were frustrated that the washer still wasn't fixed and it was tough to get the technician to come back to fix it because of his schedule.
 
After leaving my original review Omar, the owner, reached out to me. Omar was so professional, very apologetic for the issues we had, and really communicative about what was going on and how he was going to fix it. He scheduled a time to come fix our washer and showed up himself to do the repair.
 
I really appreciated the fast response by Omar and his commitment to giving us a good experience with Appliance Repair Doctor. He was great!
